Sorry, no...semen is very alkaline. It protects the sperm from the acidic environment in the vagina.

I have also heard from an overwhelming amount of people that cum in the eye is a painful irritant that can make it red for days (but luckily haven't had it happen to me). I don't believe it would be automatically harmless everywhere on/in the body.

I had to check but semen is around ph 7.8, with blood slightly lower at 7.4 so it is a comparatively weak alkali. You're right though in that vagina ph can vary quite a bit - down to 3.8 ( so not quite as acidic as lemon juice) .
Irritation is more likely to be produced by all the other ingredients and eyes would be susceptible. As for sinuses, the nasal ones, that's just gonna be yucky :p :)

ETA it also stains clothes badly :( Secret is to wash in cold water first or else it fixes the effect to the fabric

When it's happened to me it's produced a quick sting. Having it in my nose is not an erotic feeling, and sometimes a little unpleasant, but it's not really bad either. Like another poster said, I can smell it more intensely.

Hunh. Interesting. I had always heard it was just very alkaline, but I guess that was only relative to the vagina. I looked and skin ph is around 5.5, so all those guys that tell me semen is a great natural moisturizer have some splainin' to do. That's probably also why you can feel it FOREVER after wiping it off.
 
Not for me...
