Yeah me too, my son came for a visit and I had a really nice time with him.

This morning was similar to many others. I spent my usual time at the gym, crushing my abs, curling massive weights, ripping my muscles, pushing my body in a way that causes adrenaline to course through my veins and light my being on fire. I followed that with an intense cardio session to ensure every reach of my person was flowing with the energy of a 20-year old athlete. I followed that with my typical locker room pic session, shower, and then...

A nice cup of tea to relax. Does anyone see a contradiction to this routine?! Let me know if I'm missing something! Haha!!

Have you ever gone to a restaurant, looked at the menu, and realized there was so many options that you get confused and can't figure out what you want?? Well I get that feeling much of the time I walk into a Starbucks! Half the words might as well be in Greek and after I look at the first column of options I am totally lost!

Well thankfully my gym offers exactly the right number of options for when it comes to coffee. THIS I think I can handle!!
