Hmm...well...I guess I had an ache in my stomach from a dubious Chinese take out last night. Also had an intense feeling of dread about having to go into work. And now that I am at work I have an ache in the head. So, going well!

I have had an ache similar to that which you describe for several days. I have found temporary remedies but no cure as yet. I will keep trying.
