I haven't yet read any of his stories and since he doesn't have a link to them in his sig, finding them would require me to make an effort.

And that would take time away from my busy frolicking schedule. There are so many fro's in the world and they all want to be licked...

It's based upon my average rating.

The poems and stories have a average rating above 3 so I'm not the most perfect or worst writer

You might try this out in the Feedback section if you really need the strokes. Asking for special attention from the other authors, which is what you're doing by posting it to the AH, is pretty much guaranteed to get what you've gotten. I haven't read anything by Sexnovella and am not motivated to do so by this thread, so won't vote in the poll. But the same thread posted to Feedback may get a new look by some.

Nevee read one of your stories and not sure I will get to one.

I won't bash you for fishing for compliments. This is at least upfront and nowhere near as bad as a certain poster who makes every thread about them then bashes things like tbis.

Well, as I noted before, this is the Authors' Hangout, not the reader's forum or the Feedback Forum, so, yes, a lot of authors devote their time to writing rather than reading.

Need to do something about your subject/verb matchups. If you do a lot of that, it may be a reason you aren't being read as much as you'd like.

There is no direct link between the author profiles and the forum profiles, so if you want your posts in the forums to double as "advertisement" for your stories, including a clickable link in your sig is a good idea.

I am positive that I have gotten many readers who first saw me in the forum and though something like, "if this guy is able to post here with such profound insight, passion and wisdom, surely his literary work must be awesome."

I'd like to, but life is busy with work and family etc....so many times it comes down to writing or reading and IMO only a fool takes checking out other people's stories rather than writing their own. Unless of course you have writer's block then it can be a big help.

Next time I'm scuffling I will check one of your stories out

I did just look at your list, that's a lot of stories for a years time. Wish I was that prolific.
