Ahhh hell. Leg day was Sunday. I spent Monday and Tuesday fairly debilitated. I know all about it.
Good news...tomorrow's a "rest" day (which means I'll row and walk) and the next leg day isn't until Saturday. It's all good!
I used to compete in strongman and powerlifting (still hold records in my federation), I think I'll be alright.
That's not to say I won't whine from time to time though!
