For the average woman its quiet easy to strengthen and increase the elasticity of the pelvic floor muscles. I have 50 or so exercise I use with pre and post natal clients. To increase elasticity and decrease the risk of micro tears. And then to firm and tone while still maintaining elasticity of the pelvic floor muscles.
I myself have found that after doing specific exercise im back to being as tight as a drum regardless of whats been inside of me and I can then have the pleasure of streching myself out again
