Thanks, peeps. Roscoe is one of those folks around here that I'm eternally curious about. Lucky for all of you I'm not that good at stalking and I don't have that much free time.

I haven't been logging in in any sort of predictable fashion. Life the past 6 months or so has just been beyond crazy.

Still in school, on my 3rd GM in this store because the other two got fired and not for the things I told their bosses that they were doing but shouldn't be, and now I'm on the chopping block and could be jobless with in 6 weeks. So in a rather unexpectedly Jounar asked me about looking into work over there.

Still making costumes, and in fact, ever since they put me on official goals I've felt even more creative and inspired. Just one of the many signs that me getting fired (or the threat there of) is really a good thing and the kick in the seat I needed to start focusing more on the things that I love.

I have missed this outlet though. Where else can I bitch about the McJob and talk about my dips into burlesque and not worry about repercussions from work?

I still wander through Lit now and then but rarely post.

I am single and celibate, have been for two years. It suits me for now

I have moved house a couple of times in last couple of years to other ends of the country. I like where I am, so will stay awhile.

I should get involved in the local scene, Manchester Uk has a really active scene but have been work focused since moving north, maybe in the summer I will venture there.

Other than that, same old same old

I would love to, but last time I checked into it I didn't qualify for a visa with out a major life change that I don't think he is ready for. I reminded him of this, but promised that I would look into it.

In the mean time, I had a meeting today with a local photographer that sounds like it will prove to be a very valuable resource as far as my costumes are concered. It has me so excited and hopeful.

I have had the life sucked out of me lately, but ever since they said that they had me on an exit path, I have felt like me again. And now this meeting yesterday has me so excited about possible outcomes. If I could get my costumes stable enough, I would go to school full time and just do costume work, finish my degree and hop the pond. but then there may be a completely different future ahead of me and I could even be finishing my degree in Ireland.

Such a bright shining future ahead of me. I feel it.
