Memory of last night/this morning is a bit hazy... Maybe I should go back to sleep, wash dishes or spring clean my bedroom...

My "fast" days this week are Monday and Wednesday because later this week I'm not sure what I'll be doing. Monday's meal was a 180-calorie soup from the deli, a Thai green papaya salad, and some fruit (half an apple, half a tangelo, and 6 grapes). Total calories - 469. Also worked out (home routine - squats/pushups/crunches/tricep dips) that day because I read that working out in "fast" days burns more fat than days when you eat regular. I was worried that I'd feel weak, but that didn't happen.
Woke up Tuesday morning. Had errands to run, but decided to not eat breakfast so as to extend the fast a little. Drank tea. Surprisingly, I was full of energy all afternoon. Grabbed Mexican takeout (big chicken burritos, quesadillas, sour cream and guac on the side, hell yes) and we ate at home. I wasn't starving, but the food did taste really good. Got sleepy mid-burrito, took a nap after eating. Dinner was a big bowl of Thai ramen from this delivery place - the sort of thing I wouldn't have eaten a month ago because the broth was coconut milk-based and calorific, but otherwise it was just rice noodles and bean sprouts and shrimp and cilantro and spicy stuff and it made my mouth and tummy very happy.
Woke up today feeling good. "Fast" day. Tea for breakfast. My meal for today: a 1/2 cup of tuna on green salad with soy & sesame dressing, an apple, two tangerines, ten grapes. Gonna do 30 min jumprope later. No-calorie jelly dessert from the import store at night.
I had hoped to space my "fast" days out a little more, but in a way it's kind of nice to have that out of the way. I'll just eat normally the rest of the week.
So far, feeling good.

There's always Wisconsin, where it's illegal to sell a piece of apple pie without a slice of cheese.
