Looking for houses is tedious.

But while going through paperwork I happened upon a gift certificate for an hour long massage. I've never had a professional one before. When is it appropriate to demand a happy ending?

If it's a professional massage from a licenses masseuse, it is never appropriate.

No worries on that front. I'd never actually be able to ask, let alone demand.

Around Xmas, I had one come with a table and set up in my house! It was so cool!

Probably better to just have you lay on your back and straddle you. Better range of movement.

I think a whole bunch of us could. :D

Here, to twist the lust screws in a little further:

On a remote ridge stretching between the Hauraki Gulf in Northern New Zealand and the breathtaking landscape of Waiheke Island sits the Korora House, designed by Daniel Marshall Architects.

A ridge stretching between the Hauraki Gulf and the pastoral landscape of Waiheke Island provided a stunning, and challenging, context in which to design a home. Our approach was to work within the contour of the ridge, as an attempt to minimise the impact on the landscape. The plan form of the house is spaced between two courtyards, which are bridged by a gabled roof stretched across the long axis. The courtyards provide the opportunity to shelter from either of the two dominant winds. The materiality of the house draws on two architectural conditions of Waiheke, the masonry forms were inspired by the gun emplacements of Stoney Batter. The use of cedar and plywood reflect precarious weekenders of the island’s past.

See, if I had this joint, I wouldn't even bother wearing clothes around the house. I wouldn't have to! Just be barefoot with maybe a pair of linen drawstring pants and no draws...:D

Ha. I lived there. For a little while.

Not in that house obviously, but on Waiheke.

ETA: Speaking of not wearing clothes... There's a nude beach there. Little Palm Beach. Clothes optional. :)

Once more the Kiwis make me jealous.

It's raining and dull here,

At least the indoor decorating will get done.

Wanna go back to sleep but I have to drive a couple hours for a work training. All by myself. :(

I'm off to Lithgow tomorrow morning. It's a couple of hours away, but it's a nice drive. And there's a great hamburger place to stop at on the way back. :)

Yay for nice drives! I pass a Make a Wish Foundation building on this particular drive. The first time I was like , "There's a castle up ahead...why would there be a castle??" I'll have to stop and take pics.

Take pics and post them. I'll take pics and post mine and then we can compare landscapes. How about that? :)
