I am terrible with numbers, but I can rate the clamps I have by intensity [will get to that another time], and perhaps Helper will be interested in providing estimates of endurance time

well thanks! it was a fun idea... Glad you are still reading along and responded on this. Turns out that one of the weights on each clamp is not removable, but the other two are threaded on and can be separated. Of course, in my Go Big or Go Home way, I initially went with the full experience of three weights on each nipple. So the most I can have on one clamp is five weights. I trust you saw the photo...
