Rites of Spring

I see two very different versions of this idea:

A: College Frat/sorority tradition of a May Day party that turns into a fuck fest. A couple of pledges- the nerdy guy & the virgin girl- do`t realize what is involved... or...variation... a sorority sister of frat brother invites their unsuspecting sibling to visit for the weekend.

B: A remote dessert spa every year has a `Rites of Spring`weekend. A devoted young couple win a gift pass for the weekend, not realizing that it is really an "anything goes" nudist colony.... this one could be twisted to incest or any other flavour if the writer prefers.
