It varies according to each individual. This isn't the kind of thing that is easily generalized. Some TVs dress up only to go out dancing, others dress up whenever possible. (i.e. they might for grocery shopping but not for work) As for having sex with the guy, that depends on the couple - what he's comfortable with, what his partner is comfortable with, etc.

There are plenty of resources for finding larger clothes, including big high heels. A sex shop near me has lots of shoes - in fact they have more for men than they do for me! There's also a ton of options online.
