I'm surprised at how quickly this unfolded. In the States the judicial system works much slower. The laywers probably would still be trading briefs and pre-trial motions.

When the UK had capital punishment, the delay between sentence and execution was rarely as long as three weeks including all appeal proceedings.

Sometimes, but rarely, we hung the wrong person. Oops!

Do try to be less of a dick.
If this were directed at me, I would reply that part of what makes life so fun is seeing how different people react to offensive things.

So, essentially, your instructions are denied.

But then, maybe a bit less. We need variety, yes?

And also, the secret of our art is surprise.

drop the cunt... is that anything like whack-a-mole?

whack-a-mole-lay?

posh bint
I'm afraid the lay of this discussion eludes me.

I will, however, do my best to follow it.

And I'm glad you're here, anyway. If anyone can make sense of it... well, look: I'm ahead of myself already.

Good news deserves good music.

I think... Corelli.

Concerto Grosso No. 8

It starts slow, but at about 1:40 you will be blown out of your chair.

This is expert.
I apologize for the pops.

It's obviously an LP record, and if one doesn't take good care of them, it happens.

But, honestly, it sounded the best to me of everything I could find.

If you've read Hesse's Steppenwolf, you'll understand... how Harry was so upset by the poor quality, and Mozart scolded him.

"Can't you hear it?"

You're posting from a gynecologist's office?
not exactly

this required some drilling, a lifting of stuff, a moving about of others, and a little saw-play. but he was very neat and made sure everything was tidy when he left.

it related to how one ought pronounce PULE (fata's new last name), and whether it ought to be 'poo-lay' to sound suitable french and posh. for if it were to be pronounced as it reads, it rubs crossgrain with her av. oh, and thankyou - it's reciprocal :rose:

Hmmmm....."Fantasy Butters" updated to have her feet up in the air in stirrups and texting on her phone....
noooOOOOOOhhhhHHHHHHH! goddamnit, just no. hate hate hate those stirrup thingies.
