Sorry, I'm new to this.
I hadn't really decided who will win yet, although I'm leaning towards the brother defeating the sister.
In my head I've only written up to the part where one is defeated. I'm not sure if at that point the story ends or if the winner does something to the loser.
So I just wanted to get any ideas people might have before writing, and also to see if I got any responses. I don't want to write it if no one is interested in the idea.

By angle I mean what does this wrestling lead to?
Are you looking for it to go to a sexual direction? One to just humiliate the other? Is it simply bragging rights?
That is what I mean by the use of the term angle. the direction you would like to go.
Probably a little bit of all of the above, and maybe some light body play after the loser is unconscious.
I don't think there will be any explicit sex. I read some of the wresting stories here and they all seem to be like sex wrestling and no one actually loses. I'm more into the struggle and that only one of the siblings will be left standing when it is over. Like I'd want to describe their combat and their outfits and what is happening to them and going through their minds as their bodies touch. Maybe if the brother wins, he looks at his KO'd sister's body and gets kind of hard and maybe feels it a little bit while she is out. Or maybe if sis wins, she plays with bro's cock for a little bit.
But all the wrestling stories here are mostly about hard core sex and penetration, so I don't know if my story would be liked here.
I guess my story would basically be like a soft core brother/sister combat story.
Also do you think first-person or third-person would work better for this?

How about one of them gets accidentally ko'd (not the brutal kind, the gentle kind) and is dazed on the ground.

Bro & sis wrestle playfully. They go a bit extreme, and one (doesn't really matter which) is knocked-out with a blow to the head, suffering a concussion and memory loss. The amnesiac doesn't remember or accept that the other is their sibling, and pursues them lustfully. Hilarity ensues.
You could write two versions of this, one with a knocked-out bro, the other with the amnesiac sis. The siblings would react differently in each version, of course. And each version could have various resolutions:
* The amnesia remains, and they live together as a couple
* Memory is regained, but they decide to stay intimate anyway
* Memory is regained but they click, and bring their SO's into the fun
* The concussion leads to tragic death; the survivor takes religious orders

They are just wrestling playfully, no sex intended. Then one accidentally knocks the other out cold (could be either one). The conscious one doesn't know what to do, and in desperation, tries some mouth-to-mouth. The unconscious one gradually starts to wake up, and offers up some tongue...... soon it is a full-on make-out session, which leads to bigger and better things.

How about doing it with multiple bouts? Could be one long story with 3 or more scenes, or three or four connected stories?
First time, he wins. Lots of physical description - stuff that isn't explicitly sexual, but could almost be. Sweating and panting. He wins, and as his prize, he demand to see her "down there" while she counts off thirty seconds. His motive was partly curiousity, but mainly he just wants to humiliate her. He looks really closely, and notices how turned on she is. She's really wet, and the realisation makes him really hard. They end up just looking at each other, as they both realise the effect they've had on each other...
(maybe you just leave it there, on that look. Or perhaps he rushes off to beat off and she has some quality time with a shower head or something...)
Second scene/story picks up next day (or next week). She says to him "Last one didn't count. Best out of three?" This one is a bit more explicit, because they both have this other awareness that it's not just about the wrestling this time... But neither of them wants to admit it.

Oh, and by the way... I think first person beats third person in a story like this. It's really difficult to make a third person story work well (in my opinion). First person allows you to show what the characters are feeling and thinking in a way that third person just can't match.
The big decision is whether you'll have the brother or the sister as the viewpoint character. Or perhaps switch between the two at suitable moments. I think either could work really well. It just depends how you want to do it.
