I've already planned to do a little baking and stay off the streets. If the cookies turn out good, I'll post a pic. There are three ingredients--bananas, oats and craisins.

Thank you. I will be. The snow is going to be heavy and wet so I plan to snow blow it periodically. When all of this stuff melts, it's going to be crazy.

I thought the recipe seemed so simple and sounded yummy. I understand they can turn out a bit cakey but cooking them a wee bit longer helps. :cool:

Those sound like some yummy cookies. :) I have some sugar cookie mix but I am trying to get back on track eating wise. :( Since my mother's massive heart attack, I have been binging on junk food. I am even drinking soda. :eek:

That sounds like stress eating Sweet Serene. Hugs. Can you get some of that stuff out of the house or out of view?

The cookies turned out good. The consistency isn't like a crunchy cookie. I mixed one smashed banana, 1/2 c old fashioned oats and a couple table spoons of craisins. I think I will add a pinch of cinnamon next time. I baked them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. They were still a little sticky so I baked them for another 3 minutes. The cookie is a little sweet. Mine yielded 11 cookies for 32 calories each.
