Yes I have work today, I didn't think it was till Tuesday, but stupid pupil free day crap.

I would LOVE to have weather like that again! I was born and raised in the desert and I'm tired of this frigid weather here. Oh well, I'll deal with it for the next 9-10 years or so, then I can get a change of scenery.

My little girl has a severe UTI.

Her urine is brown and she is bleeding.

She is on antibiotics and they are going to put her on something better when they figure out what bacteria is causing it. We will know tomorrow and they also sent it to an out lab that should be back Friday.

She only has one functioning kidney. These UTIs can cause scarring.

She is in pain and bleeding urinary.

This could turn into a hospital stay.

Oh serene i'm so sorry to hear that. Prayers said. I hope she can stay out of hospital

Oh this is terrible news. I'm so sorry Serene. That poor sweetie needs a long break from all of these issues. I wish I could help. Can she take cranberry juice? Or cranberry pills? Those have made a big difference for my recurrent UTIs. Sending huge hugs to you and your sweetie.

She is on Omniceft and we are waiting to see what the culture shows tomorrow and on Friday (outer lab). She is in pain and every time she urinates she bleeds. She is so sad. I have never had this experience with her. Then the fact that her urine was brown? I am contemplating calling her nephrologist. We do NOT need her only kidney getting scarred!

Even keeping the temps above freezing would be nice! I'm not asking for a whole lot! Though I can't wait until it's warm enough for my preferred shorts and sandals. You two work on staying cool, excessive heat is just as dangerous as the extreme cold.

I'm doing ok with the cold, I'm wearing 3 layers and I don't stay outside very long. This has got to be one of the coldest winters on record for my part of the world. I can't imagine what it's like for places further north of me!

Here's my story:
As posted elsewhere, I have had a bit of a crush on my stepdaughter, one that I've not acted on, nor will I. A package came for her via UPS. I remember how she stood dripping wet from the shower with a small towel covering up the good parts, begging for the package on my lap. It was actually her wedding dress. She tried it on and asked through the door if I thought Mom would be upset if I saw it first. I told her it would be our secret. She was beautiful and I held her with such love, pride and adoration. The point is that I get how lust, passion and sex can blend so beautifully with a protective and nurturing love.
