Today approximately 6 million Americans got health insurance via the ACA

Only the mentally damaged want socialize healthcare

Its just that simple. Classic example is Sean, a whussy boy in panties that fried his brain from crach and now meth!

Actually, a fully funded, fully comprehensive national health service would be both cheaper and simpler.

Than wolves and ice flows? Well maybe as global warming kicks up the ice flow might be a problem but I think the wolves will work for free and if not there are lions and tigers and bears. . .if you're gonna keep making me try until I find a large predator that's not on the virge of extinction I'm gonna cry.

Anyone that thinks government can do it for less ... has never had a real job!

Its just that simple

Or they've run a company and know enough about the ins and outs to know there are lots of advantages that come with size.

I think in both cases it is probably a case of the logistics being messed up. I get "you qualify for X" and transport to x's website and then a no qualify. I suspect it is because not everyone in the system has their ducks in a row. Also in my case I currently have individual insurance, which I cannot afford, it's more than my rent, and that puts me into individuals, consultants whatever category and that is still not working correctly. I suspect that maybe the same with Naughtius.

Might differ from state to state and one's personal situation. I run a small business (or, I run it on the European side, my partner runs the US office) based in New York. Our US employees recently renegotiated wages. On their suggestion, we dropped health benefits and instead tacked on an equivalent raise so they can shop as individuals. Same bottom line for the company, and the staff have AFAIK already gotten equal or more beneficiary plans via either the NY exchange or Healthcare.gov. Haven't heard of any problem there.

Main reason was not because the plans were better or cheaper though, but because they weren't tied to the employment. We have high turnover, and ppl didn't want to lose cover if they left after a year.

Put another way, 24% have signed on when they need 70% to sign on at this point. ;)

And if they don't make their targets, what happens?

Do you think they'll go back to the old ways of limiting pre-existing conditions and kicking sick folks off policies? Hmmm?

Yikes! White House Says 79% of New Obamacare Enrollees Are Getting Subsidies To Buy Coverage…

This train wreck gets more expensive by the day.

Via Business Week:

More than 2.1 million Americans selected private health plans through healthcare.gov and state-run websites through Dec. 28, the Obama administration announced today. Another 1.6 million were judged eligible for Medicaid, the federal-state insurance program for the poor. Most of the new enrollees in private health plans—1.8 million—signed up in December, after the White House relaunched the Affordable Care Act’s stuttering website on Dec. 1. [...]

Most of the people who bought coverage on the exchanges this fall got subsidies to help them afford the premiums. That’s in contrast to the first month of the program, when less than one-third of buyers were subsidized. People earning up to four times the poverty rate—as much as $96,000 a year for a family of four—can get help buying coverage.

someone tell HHS

that the number is 6 million...KNEE GRRR Curry said so

Health and Human Services reported today that the demographics of those enrolled in Obamacare are what they expected, to which Charles Krathammer said, “It sounds like a lot of happy talk.”

With 2,153,421 enrolled in Obamacare so far only 24 percent are in the key 18-34 age bracket, fewer “young and healthies” than expected, Krauthammer noted. But insurance companies are not worried because, if they have huge losses, they will get a government bailout, which will save them from raising their premiums and beginning a “death spiral.”

“That’s why republicans ought to pass within a week or two or three — right now — a provision to abolish the bailout and then you will see insurers speaking in a completely different way,” Krauthammer said.

Hey you, Robby, 6 millin or 2 million....both cunt be rigt?

And when they run out of money...this will be on you. clearly you are too fat to have a child, so maybe you have a brother or sister. well, your fucked up actions for being a fat slob has damned them.

meaning, your bother or sister child will live in a county that looks like the Soviet Union when they collapse. Why? its coming!

People like me, the working class, will either stop working or leave the country giving you welfare people the big 'fuck you'

Still MOAR harsh reality intruding upon the carefully constructed fantasy worlds of both Busybody and Jenocide...
