Sometimes when life has me busy, I'll go a few days without. Other times, several times a day if it's quiet at home.

I am severely off track, actually. I posted earlier to this same thread with the promise that I was going to step it up, but I've actually had to back off lately due to work and simply being exhausted at the end of the day.

I actually finally realized that doing it so often was effecting me to the detriment. Found a very helpful thread on reddit that has help curb my self pleasuring. Its quite a conflict though as I have been told that masturbation is healthy. But I have discovered that doing it to often can be just as unhealthy.
