Glory holes do indeed exist. My experience, as a girl, tends to be mixed. You have these sex party clubs in Amsterdam, where I was visiting on vacation.

Glory Holes.
It a growing phenomena. I've been to a number of parties where the participants take turns occupying a stool in a closet and servicing anything placed at its door cutout opening. Yes, they exist in the US Midwest. I have visited several in Detroit, Lansing, Toledo, and my favorites in Chicago.
