Yes and no. For me the holidays were a time for family and friends.
But this year is just weird.
If I asked you what is it that YOU really want for the Holidays/Christmas/Hannukkah/Kwanzaa, don't worry about the price, what would it be?

No amount of money can buy what I really want.
But, if I could have anything money can buy, I think would want a brand new sailboat. About 30K delivered with sails and some other stuff. Not outrageous.

LMAO...I was going to write that, you ask for that every year...even I remember that.
A lit part? Big hotel, ballroom. Everyone comes dressed as their screen name. Lots of alcohol. Great finger food. No loud music, we all want to talk. The party will break up as people go off to have sex.
Do you throw parties often and if you do are they big, red cup things or are they smaller more sophisticated?

Actually, I enjoy them. I wish I could host them. We have some years, but we've just been swamped lately.
I usually find one or two people and have a nice conversation. I mingle and chat with a few others. Good food. Booze. It's just fun.
When you go to a holiday party, do you wear a Santa hat or other whimsical festive attire?

I like being with people. There's a sense of new hope. There's a sense of closeness. Hunkering down for winter. It's almost like we all get together for one last fling before we retreat to our caves to hibernate.
