ICT- My best friend is like this. Him and I have had many issues over the years even as friends because he doesn't know how to have normal conversations at times, and often expects me to help him get off because he feels it's my "duty". There are times when I can tell that he's so horny, that today just isn't a good day to talk, or I know we will end up fighting. But until I'd met him.
