I think I should have just thrown away the excess batch that wouldn't comfortably fit into the huge iron skillet I baked in. Instead, I poured it into a small casserole that'd serve about 4-6 people.

Feel like crap now! Almost never eat anything wheat based anymore, and very seldom dairy. Total carb overload/ gluten crash! I think I'll have to brew coffee to function!
