I was watching Trick R Treat last night, and one of the story arcs crosses the idea of a young woman's first sexual experience with her first kill as a werewolf. I find this a very interesting idea and one I would like to explore in my own writing.

Since I don't want to simply do a retread of the original material, I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions for how to spin this concept. Also, how I might be able to minimize the female sexuality as dangerous cliche. I understand that subtext is there given the theme, but I would like to down play it, or possibly spin it in a new way.

Any suggestions?

Title: One Hell of a Bitch.

In my kindle story "Moonheat," I had the werewolf be more frisky than deadly.
Of course, she was in heat, so killing wasn't her top priority.

If you have to link your wolf's first sex with her first kill, But don't want to have her sexuality seem dangerous, I'd say you could have her sex happen with another werewolf who is hunting with her. They could be hunting a human or an animal.

I don't remember that part of the movie, or I might be able to be more help.

What a coincidence. Trick R Treat was my Halloween movie last night as well.

As for possible ideas...

How about the college girl being shy, even though she's a stunning beauty. She joins a college club dedicated to learning about the occult and other supernatural things.

She becomes friends with another guy there, who's obsessed with vampires and werewolves and so forth. He goes by her house one day (maybe because she forgot her book) and he hears weird noises. He eventually finds out that her family are werewolves.

The next day, the girl feels humiliated. She's afraid he might think she's a freak and tell everyone. But she's surprised when he tells her he actually thinks it's cool. He really likes it.

I think I might have an idea. But instead of it being her first kill. She makes her first kill and he becomes hers, not so much a slave but someone that belongs to only her.
