From the person who laps up a story from the Rev. Moon's "newspaper" simply because it's anti-Obama. Shades of the bazillion dollar India trip story. But then, you just posted it, you don't necessarily believe it, right?
The fact is, there is no evidence or reason to think that the IRS was told to investigate the person in the Moonie Times article. The IRS simply doesn't work that fast under the best of circumstances. Odds are Mr. Loon had been targeted for investigation and/or audit for quite some time.

Can anyone explain what the House won't pass a budget that is balanced, then go through a reconciliation process with the Senate. That is how spending gets controlled. That is how we would avoid ever having to authorize a new debt limit, because we would not need more debt.

I could be wrong, but as I see it there is a fundamental disconnect in philosophy between the Democratic-controlled Senate and the Republican-controlled House.
Both sides have different spending priorities, and both sides refuse to compromise. This leaves two alternatives: complete shutdown (favored by the fringe whackadoodles) and "continuing resolutions".
Relying on "continuing resolutions" to fund the government isn't the best way to run an outfit, and it perpetuates the myth that "the system is broken!"...it's really not, eventually we'll seat a Congress where a majority can reach consensus.
Representative Democracy is not a perfect solution. But it beats the holy hell out of any alternative I can think of.

So that is what I mean. I understand the House not being willing to pass the CR. I don't understand making a stand over funding for ACA.
I would think they would not permit a vote on a CR until there was a reconciliation committee to resolve the difference in the House and the Senate versions of the budget. If they did that, then they could even put the pressure on the debt ceiling by making the debt limit increase an amendment to the budget, so they'd have to pass the budget and get it signed to have the debt increase.
Why they are doing what they are doing is beyond me.

The default of our debt wouldn't have anything to do with Obama's breaking the law (not that he's done that yet but still it would be unrelated) and the bond holders would be fucked over because of the default. If it comes to a choice between social security, medicare, food stamps and bond holders there is only one choice to be made. If that's Obama's "agenda" (which he demonstrably doesn't have) is then it's about time.

I realize you really wanted President Obama to bring your idol Osama Bin Laden back to Murica to stand trial, but sometimes these things aren't possible in a war zone. I can see how you might get confused, never having been in a war zone yourself.
The only other "crime" President Obama is guilty of is "Presidenting While Black", which is a "crime" only on breitbart.

maybe government isn't the solution, and the obama is trying to prove that government is always the problem? at least when Bush was in office, America had jobs and salaries were going up. People were positive about the future...

So Republicans refused the clean CR because a shutdown would hurt Obama.
... But then they turned about and went all-out saying that it's not that bad.
... and then turned around again and said that lots of parts of it were actually bad and needed to be reopened.
... and then talked out of one side of their mouths saying that we dont really need 800,000 federal employees because who misses 'em?
... and then switched to the other side of their mouths saying the shutdown is bad for the economy and bad for America and is really bad.
Similarly the sequester was a bad idea
... that can be blamed on Obama who allegedly really wanted it
... until it's time to tally up which party is pushing the most deficit reduction, then Republicans count it as their own policy and not Obama's.
