I don't has PS3.

On a side note Atari 5200 controllers were compatible with Sega Genesis. There is something oddly rewarding about playing Sonic the Hedgehog with a controller. It makes you feel like a genuine bad ass.

I mean it's the kind of awesome where you have to warn people, it's not an earthquake, I just dropped trou. It's not a solar eclipse, I just got my happy on, it's not a flood. . .well it is a flood. . .you're probably happier thinking it's a flood. Watch out for those angry tadpole looking things. I haven't fed them in a month.

So many good retro games out there....would love to see some of them updated and improved. The new version of X-COM has some issues, but one could call the improvements. In some ways the updates are fun and in others they make me wonder why they "fixed" things.

I would desperately love to see Wizardry updated and released. I adored their system of leveling up skills by use and not by level. I loved the voice acting and the story...

I was never able to finish the game at all without hitting a fatal bug or a ridiculous opponent or just being unable to advance 2 cm without hitting loads of ridiculous opponents.

I'd like to see Dungeon Siege updated and the inventory system fixed.

I wondered how many other people knew this. We found it out because we found my mom's old atari but couldn't find the controllers. And a genesis controller worked. Then my mom got pissed and said you shouldn't be allowed to play pac-man with a joypad. Like, far more angry than it really warranted.

She used to be really hard core about certain games being played with certain controllers. I went Christmas shopping a few years ago and watched her scare the shit out of a clerk because he was trying to explain to her how a rapid-fire controller could get you banned in Battlefield, and she was all, "I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THAT NO FUCKING DUMBASS IS GOING TO BAN YOU OVER A TURBO CONTROLLER" "Mam we don't sell rapid fire-" "TURBO" "rapid fire controllers".

My mom is a really hardcore gamer tho. It's pissed me off my entire life. And every time something she doesn't like happens she bitches out the clerk like it's somehow their fault. And when I was little she used to delete my save games and save over them. For no good reason. She'd have like three save files. On a game that only had three save files.

Sweet. Not a huge fan of pig but, interestingly, I am a huge fan of watching people getting to eat food they find delicious. Wonder what I'm eating tonight...

Oh I did and the game is loading now.

I seasoned the pork chops with salt pepper and a garlic rosemerry blend. Seared em in a cast iron pan and threw the whole thing in a hot oven. Best pork chops ever. Then I cooked up some green beans in the juices with onions garlic and mushrooms.

It could only come out of one of those truly bizarre worlds where either the goblins have Reci's eloquence and appreciation foe aesthetics or one where the elves have the cowardice and/or lack of sheer bad assery to slaughter entire species by thinking about it too hard but still.
