Hope everyone is still here and undamaged..... the wind and storms last night certainly packed a punch!

I know that all that ferocity blew my internet out sometime in the night. Friend found their kitchen floor awash as the skylight had collapsed under the strain...there's shredded trees all over the place and a roof or two blown off.

Long and tiring.
Spent a good portion of it sitting around waiting for my son to finish his Military intake review.
He was quite worried about the aptitude test, but he passed with flying colours! His score was high enough that he not only gets to choose from the career paths he originally wanted, but he can go for a lot more besides - including training as a medic!
Very proud of him for that.
We also had his final heart-check which came back all clear.
Today we get the biopsy results from his operation.... I'll either be happy as, or a bit down tonight.

The wind and rain has hit again. Going to be another horrible day.

Wow!!!! You're son did awesome!!!! You must be soooooo proud.

I'm sure his results will be totally positive and you can have some sumptuous choccie to celebrate with a Bundy or three ;)

Nice and sunny here at the moment, so it's out to the back garden for me :D

We're in the middle of a big-ass storm right now - and I have to go out in it.
No choice.... need these final results for the kidlet!
 
And now I would just like to come in and tell everyone....

The kidley bean's test results came back TOTALLY CLEAR!!!

Flying to Brissy on Sat morning (4am wakeup! :eek: ). I'll be gone about 5 days.
So.... I have two suitcases.
One is 22kg and full to the brim with chocolate. The other will be 17kg, half full of chocolate and the other half with my clothes etc.
On top of that I am taking a laptop bag with most of the contents of my handbag as well as my laptop and ass't charging cords etc.
Coming back, I will pack the smaller suitcase and stuff it inside the bigger one.

And this is only a small order of choccy - $850.
