Oh dear, WQ.... Shouldn't you be fitted with an automatic spoiler alert??? ;)

BTW - back in the dim dark ages, was the passenger in car that popped over Skyline traveling pretty smartly (before the 60km speed limit was in place)....not sure what speed we were doing as I was too busy peeling myself off the roof lining! :D

I noticed that the first mention of a racing debate in ages was enough to flush Gil out for a brief comment..... maybe that's the way he can be rehabilitated back into regular appearances in the Aussies thread.

Poor health has been the reason I've been missing spending a lot of time in hospital since my colonoscopy in Feb finding cancer then infections followed by fluid around my heart, a heart attack, fluid on the right lung leaving me totally exhausted & still struggling to recover to where I was before Feb.

The ever wonderful BANDIT:heart: has been a real trooper spending lots of time at the hospital caring for me because of low staffing of nurses & multiple dickhead doctors screwing with my meds & not one of them talking to the other doctors treating me for renal, bowel cancer, diabeties (I know more than them), heart etc. So my time on the net has been very limited seeing I've been in & out of hospital so many times this year with a few very close calls with me being dosed up on morphine while they dragged the fluid out of my lungs the last ambulance ride I don't remember, lot a couple of days then.

In the days after Bathurst race they have ride along & also drive a race car around the mountain, also Eastern Creek track.

We get NASCAR on free to air TV over in the east, real racing, high speed, huge crashes when things go wrong & racing passing.

I follow the Sprint Cup as I'm a huge Ambrose fan!
Thought he'd do better when he changed teams though :(
We have all his models, Aussie and Nascar. He also signed the Big Girl after taking her for a spin when he came to Tassie a couple of years ago.

Hey guys!

Hello everybody!

I'm from Perth!

glad to know Australia is being well represented over here! :D

What a day!
Discovered evidence of rat activity in my laundry, so of course I had to clean out the entire room.and scrub floor to ceiling. Crushed a finger moving a heavy box - but iced it for an hour and although I think I'll lose the nail, it's not too bad now.
Then my OCD kicked in, and now I have a car full of stuff to take to the tip tomorrow.
Also rang a car guy, aa I have a whole stack of vintage scalextric track to give away and he knows someone who wants it (getting rid of more crap!)

The kidlet is still home from school - he's healing ok, but I'm very concerned about other people poking his suture-line. He has dissolving running stitch, so if someone pokes/knocks it, it could break early and open up.
Safer just to keep him home.

Cooked up a storm this afternoon..... chilli, and chocolate fudge cake.

I feel completely knackered now!

Does anyone find it surprising that Abbott only has room in his cabinet for a single female minister?

Don't want to spoil anything, but GREAT RESULT for my boys and for erebus :D
Excellent race!

Now that I've watched the race, I can now post on here :D

It was an excellent race and kudos to the Erebus Mercedes.
There were heaps of incidents and cars going off the track.

Great battling back by the FPR Pepsi's......awesome!!!!!

Chilli/choc is an awesome combination! Done right, it can transport your tastebuds to a very special place :)

That fucking rat is still in my laundry. I have pulled out all the stops, and now it's WAR
I will kill that little cunt....

Yes - I used THAT word.

In sydney for work. Can you believe a toasted ham and sheesh sanga in room service costs $19 seriously the world has gone mad

Ok next time you make chilli choccies, send me a batch to see what all the fuss is about ;)

Wow that rat has got you going hey..... Ha ha ha

Oh, I can see promoting chocolate....
I just can't see doing it here the way SIL wants me to.

She's got all her staff running around doing all sorts of jobs instead of delegating precise roles and allowing them to excell at just the one (either barista or chef or front-of-house.)
I came up to do the chocolate, but I have spent the majority of my time being the 'general hand' and helping her try and screw her head on straight!
Insanity

Dare I say it but sounds like she needs processes with clearly defined roles and process ownership.

If we were in the US it would be "pros cess". They just like to put an S in the middle. May be that's what I need as a career change, process analyst in a chocolate factory....also contemplated being a QA analyst for video games....now that's a work environment I wouldn't mind. "What do you do for work"....."I play video games and try to break them...and eat chocolate at the same time"

This rat is taunting me.
Last time I got so P-d off, I shot a hole in my frisge and wall with .303 buckshot.

I can send you into raptures with the worlds oldest chocolate....
