I had something called a Sleeve in Tijuana, Mexico around the end of May. They removed 85% of my stomach and turned it into a teenie, tiny stomach. I can only consume small portions, most of which is protein. The surgery was laparoscopic, meaning that there's no huge removal, just five small incisions and they work from there to remove the excess stomach that a 'normal' sized person would have.

I was leading down the road to bad things -- heart disease, attacks, diabetes, kidney problems; but with this surgery, everything within my body has stabilized and I really won't have to worry about those things anymore. My blood pressure has normalized (unless I'm driving, then all hell breaks loose), my A1-C is normal, my b-12 is through the roof (no hair loss, that's a big thing after having this surgery), and overall I FEEL healthier. I feel like exercising, like having sex, like RUNNING around. It is the best thing I've ever done for myself.

It sounds rather drastic but it also sounds like it's just what the doctor ordered, too! I'm not there yet. YET! If I'm lucky (note I didn't say, "smart," because I'm not very,) I won't need to worry about that. But of course, I do. Because, as I said, I'm not usually that smart. At 49 y/o, and 85 lbs. overweight, I'm looking at bad things happening, in the not-too-distant future, if I don't kick this damned sugar addiction! It's as bad as, if not worse than, heroine! Seriously! Scary stuff!

BUT---

If you should find yourself in Central FL, ever, with too much sexual energy to be comfortable and perhaps, in neeeeed of an outlet for said sexual energy, I have just the thing--- It's called "My Erection!" It's a great little (7 inch) device that travels really well and, when needed, it can go places that will always help with sexual energy!

Thank you so much for the kind words! It's nice to hear support from someone rather than cricisim. I've gotten a lot of that and am just now receiving compliments from those same people who thought my little trip to Mexico was outlandish and absurd. So, thank you again for the kind words.

However, I've still got a ways to go before I reach the weight that I think I'll look best being; while having lost about 70 pounds, there's still a 'size' that I'm aiming for - even though the 16 I have become isn't bad at all! I think I'll be happy at an 8 or 10 (provided my chest holds firm and doesn't shrink - which it hasn't yet!). I know it might be just a dream, but continually losing 3-5 pounds a week, and I hope I'll be there by Christmas!
