For whatever reason, I can come up with great ideas for short stories, novels, and series for both of them. My problem: Making time to start them
*laughs* yes that is a small problem

and the Daddies that treasure them. I had a busy day in job #2 of retail hell but fortunately it went fast. I'm still awake at 12:15am as a thunderstorm is rolling through and I staying up for my young daughter in case she wakes up as she's terrified of them. The things Daddies do for the ones they love.
Always, Mutato.Sorry I missed you the other day. I am very happy myself right now. I have something special with someone here on Lit and he makes me feel very content and happy. No small feat there!!! He handles my fire magnificently with out getting burnt...he must be a god, no mere mortal man has been able to do that. haha
And let me just say, Mutato, you and me, we are like kindred souls. We have been through some tragic, tragic stuff. It did not break us but it left us kind of bent. Now we are are trying to become unbent and rebuild, reach for higher ground. I don't know about you, but my bet is on us, your Angel too.![]()
Mutato - good to see your posts as usual. I'm sure it is incredible. I am so happy for the both of you.
My plans for an outdoor picnic were great, until I arrived at the park. It thundered as soon as I stepped foot on the grassy area I love to place my blanket. I got home just in time, I stepped on the porch and it rained!
evening peeps![]()
Thanks all for the support while still letting me be a nervous dad!
She did great! The whole squad was very very good. The 12 yr olds loved chucking her up there. Still, the drop splits to the ground from 6 or 7 feet were a little too much. Her s-eating grin when she hit them matched the one when she broke her first boards in karate and when she looked down laughing on the other quivering kids from the 25' ceiling of the gym climbing the knot rope.
They made sure there was a chain link fence between the parents and the kids. Poor things had to cheer 2 games in 92º heat in heavy black polyester. Even had to cheer for the other team when there was an injury....the visitors didnt bring a squad.
Good evening/morning/afternoon to all the lovely littlesand the Daddies that treasure them. I had a busy day in job #2 of retail hell but fortunately it went fast. I'm thrilled that you've found someone who makes you feel so very good! You deserve it! And no worries about missing me, I know how busy you are.
I couldn't agree more! I'd definitely bet on us. And I think you're spot on about being kindred souls and also our experiences not breaking us but leaving us bent. Thank you for giving me a glimpse into your life, I am honored with your trust.
Thank you so much, CA. I get the feeling we're just missing each other on chat.I hope we can meet up and talk soon.
Sorry your plans were put on hold because of the storm, but at least you had good timing not to get rained on!
Good morning to you now, Curve. I hope all is well for you.
Congratulations to your daughter, SW! She sounds like a force to be reckoned with!![]()
I have notebooks full of ideas, flash drives with many starts to so many short stories and novels.

It's been a busy weekend so far. I have family visiting from VA. We tried buffalo meat last night. The flavor was good but it didn't sit well in my stomach. Darn!
Special kisses for the Litsters who've been away for a while.
I'll pass on the coffee, thank you, but I'll have some OJ instead. It's a bit too warm here today for hot drinks.Good morning to all my sister and daddies. Hugs and kisses on cheeks. hope everyone has a great day.

Oh dear
Howdy! Howdy! Hot as Hello Kitty in the Lonestar State, but enjoying the riverwalk for a Labor Day Weekend.
Missing my Daddy sooooo much! But, c'est la vie...
Hoping everyone here is enjoying the extended weekend!
((((big hugs))))) to Mutato, RJ, INL, and the newcomer, Curvy. Hugs everyone else, too. Been Very busy with life, school starting for the kids, work..keeping Daddy happy. I absolutely live for those messages that say "I love you, baby girl."
I laugh at myself everyday cause I know how silly that must sound .
Great need on the idea find RJ. I can't wait till I can sit down uninterrupted and write again. Very therapeutic

"Hi to ALL my beautiful sisters and to the Daddies! It's been a wild week (or so) this last week at work - my old laptop died - bought a new one but my old broadband device wouldn't work with it so had to upgrade that too only to find out that the new computer's security programs wouldn't allow me to get on LitE! FINALLY just got that cleared up - moving is postponed a week (or so) until I can get packed but no longer (still planning at least one or more overnights to see the SO now that I'll have time) - had extremely mixed feelings that last day of work - I will miss some people - a LOT. But it was past time to move on. Very hot here but my health is good. Stormy weather moving in - trying to anyway. Love and Hugs to all and so GLAD to be able to be back with my family!"![]()
And top it off...it's a LONG weekend
"Friday was my last day of work at the old job before moving Daddy RJ - it's a VERY long weekend!" (Giggles)![]()
I remember my long weekend..July 29, 1994 until September of 2009
"Yikes! I hadn't actually planned THAT long a weekend"
Day before I turned 30, to be the stay-at-home dad, until the first day of school in 2009, when he was 15
"Wow! That's terrific Daddy RJ - very special."
