Hello all firstly thank you for taking them time to read my thread!!!
So I'm really confused!!! Am I a switch, a Dom, or a rebel sub???

It's like this I always dominated my ex partner but was never into what I though bdsm was (how wrong was I?? Lol) I never tied him up or hurt him or anything but I used hate him taking control and hated positions where I couldn't move much!!! After our relationship ended I met a few people who were really into bdsm and it made me realise I was to I love being spanked I have a seriously high pain threshold and can take a serious spanking!! In all honesty, Charley, why do you *need* to "define your status" or label yourself, especially at this early point in your exploration of BDSM? If you MUST pin on a label, how about "Explorer?" After you've taken the time to investigate a lot of different aspects of the culture, *then* you might be ready to more definitively label yourself.

Incidentally, when one posts a "wall o' text" as you did here, it's very very hard to read and hard to maintain a train of thought. You might find it more productive to take just a bit more time and break the post down into discrete paragraphs/topics/ideas, to make it easier for potential readers to give you better feedback.
