I think it's traditional for the application form for an exclusive card of this type to demand lots of intimate personal information, a photograph and a "small" payment to cover administration. You can still submit all of those to me if you wish D), but I'll settle for just having some words to fill in the "a few things about me" section.

Having said that, I have no objection if you or others wish to remove some items of clothing, or just to loosen them a bit for your comfort and convenience. No objection at all.
