I have to admit, I don't miss the WA rain!
When it's so heavy that you have to stick your head out the car window to see the white lines

Won't be totally warm - the fire heats half the house, but not the other end (my house is very long and narrow).
Might have to relocate my workstation to the warm end. Big job!

It wasn't so bad yesterday, but the day I picked Kimmi up, my god it couldn't have rained any harder!! I literally had a river cascading down my helmet!!!!

I was going to suggest moving to the warm end

It has taken me all day to move the office..... a little longer for me as I have no choice but to compulsively clean as I'm going
So every cord on every device got wiped and dried, all the equipment got steri-wiped, and the desk and chair got cleaned (including the legs!)
Plus I had to completely sort every scrap of paperwork.

For now, my OCD has been satiated
