In my mind, if you cannot accept the realities and consequences of sex, be it vaginal, anal or oral, and take the necessary precautions against potential consequences, you shouldn't be having sex. You can get cold sores from kissing or sharing a soda pop bottle. Obviously don't do oral if either partner has a (tell it like it is) herpes type 1 sore on your mouth. Ok, this might sound kinda harsh, but I have two short cooments.

1. You really don't sound like you are ready for this.
