For years now, when the guys ask me, "how am I supposed to unload this", I tell them, just back up fast and hit the brakes.

That guy was good at it though...he has done it before.

I'd bet concrete is over $1000/CY at that site. Perhaps $2000/CY.

Something modular. Prefabbed and barged in. Maybe set with a helo. Depends on the site.
