Tues: lifting, run 40-1:20
Weds: bike 1-2 hours, run 30-1:20 pending on if its a separate workout or doing a bike run brick
Thurs: lift, swim/cycle
Friday: core workout and open water swim
Saturday either a short swim and bike ride anywhere 2-4 hours, or a bike and run
Sun: 2-3 hour run
