So, I've got a question. Anyone know of a good sound editing software?

The one I use is Audicity. It is open source and very good. There are others out there like Cool Edit (which I think might be Adobe Audition now) but Audicity is my preferred editing software. Been using it for something like 5 or 6 years now. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

LOVE it....ofcourse I am a sucker for that hint of an accent, and Kentucky is a fav.
Hell I am going to have to give each & every rest stop a check out now the next time I go through your fair state. And I would definitely stop & oogle. Blatantly.

Thanks, doll.. I've only made a couple audios and they were.. um.. personalized..not something I'd put up for eveyone's enjoyment.
At least not in their current form. Not like I have all the time and opportunity to be recording stuff
I really appreciate those of you who do, however, have the time and the means to make audio. I do enjoy it.

I used an app on my phone called Smart Voice Recorder. Free app. Once or twice I tried using the Sound Recorder on Windows. Soundcloud is a good service, as is Audioboo..

Is yours submitted to Lit? Or through another service like Soundcloud? I'll give a review, I always post feedback.. I know if you don't get feedback you're more than likely not going to hear the person again.. I know that out of over 100 listens, mine has only received one , but like I said before I made it, I already know "audio" is not where my talents are, so I'm not offended.

However, others who may be really good at this sort of thing still need encouragement to keep doing what they're good at.
