My neck is so..... well it's just straight out fucked up. I can't even think of words to describe how messed up it is.

Even my PT doc was pretty damn terrified of touching it...

I should really work on getting caught up on everything.

It's hard to do. My upper back is messed up and I can't relax the muscles in my shoulders and neck to allow things to go back where they need to be.

Yes, and no.

It helps pull and decompress but if the muscles are still really tense then it is harder to actually get things aligned.
