Those work with inversion too. The good thing about the invert table is one you can control how inverted you go, and two it's easier to get inverted and then back up straight. The table has a strap so you can keep it at a certain angle and not completely inverted.

I would most likely fall on my face trying to get inverted using the bar and cuffs.
