What happened to all of the doom and gloom economic threads?

and historically low interest rates. This actually has wheels, most major cities are experencing growth in the construction sector and home sales. That's a good sign

I'm cautiously optimistic. Building permits are up but actual construction is lagging a bit (it usually does, permits are a leading indicator).

Multi-family is exploding, single family homes not so much.

A mixed bag, to be sure, but the overall trend looks very positive throughout 2013.

Get this app, Newseum, it gives you every newspaper in the country. I'm seeing that most front page stories are about housing going up, I had no idea because in DC, our market has been hot for a while now.

LOL, look how mad you are. I can't really respond to any kind of point you're making until you organize your thoughts first. Try again with less focus on my ass.

See, this is what I mean.

Lol
You have all the answers to everything until a question asked to you then you can't answer because you don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

COMMENT OF THE DAY: “For ten years we have been told that the Bush tax cuts applied mostly to the rich. Now it is imperative that we extend them further or the middle class is going to take a big hit.”

LEADERSHIP: Dow Sinks 70 Points During Obama’s Speech – Dow Futures Drop 226 Points Following Obama’s Speech.

UPDATE: IowaHawk: Maybe the election should have been about the Fiscal Cliff. But hey, vaginas.

...and look the little engine that couldn't comes in for a toot.

Ha. You're cute when you try.

How's life, Colonel Klunk? Still ranting about your fears 3/4s of the live-long-day every day on a liberal adult community board?

Hear it's a bit chilly out your way. Your racist shitstain buddy here keeping your nuts warm for the winter good 'nuff?

Court takes hot steaming shit on Socialist's understanding of equity:

French Court Says 75% Tax Rate on Rich Is Unconstitutional
By Helene Fouquet & Alan Katz - Dec 29, 2012 7:21 AM PT

President Francois Hollande’s 75 percent millionaire-tax is unconstitutional because it fails to guarantee taxpayer equality, France’s top court ruled today.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-...-tax-rate-on-wealthy-is-unconstitutional.html

Obama fans, see even the fucking dumb ass French understand what you don't.

What does Google tell you would be a "fair" rate on the rich?

Hmmm?

Fuck off. The Consititution says Americans are entitled to equal protection under the law.

Fine, so make capital gains tax rate the same as the income tax rate.

Equal rates for all types of income. Instead of what we have now.. The rich, whose major source of income is capital gains, getting preferential treatment instead of equal treatment under the law.

Vette was just rendered speechless.

Insanity Is Unsustainable
Moonbats enjoy barking self-righteously about sustainability. Yet they seem to consider this sustainable:

In 11 different U.S. states, the number of government dependents exceeds the number of private sector workers. This list of states includes some of the biggest states in the country: California, New York, Illinois, Ohio, Maine, Kentucky, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, New Mexico and Hawaii. It is interesting to note that seven of those states were won by Barack Obama on election night. In California, there are 139 “takers” for every 100 private sector workers. … If you can believe it, entitlements accounted for 62 percent of all federal spending in fiscal year 2012.

Consequently,

We are drowning in debt, and we are stealing more than a hundred million more dollars from future generations with each passing hour.

Entitlement spending is worse than waste. A dollar spent on green energy is more or less the same as a dollar used as fireplace kindling. But a dollar spent on welfare makes America $1 weaker by strengthening government dependency and the entitlement mentality at the expense of our most precious and nearly depleted national resource: character.

The only good thing about Obamunism is that nothing so morally and economically insane can possibly last. But the longer it drags on before the inevitable collapse, the harder we will hit the ground.

This phenomenon started long before Obama took office bro.

According to your article we need to take away Vette's Medicare and social security benefits so he can build "character". He sure as fuck needs some. I say let's take his shit away.
