This is my poison

HAHAHAHAHA yea....anything I put out to dispensaries is just as pretty as it gets. I trim after drying for flavor so I take my time and go through a pile of fiskars per bud if I have to. But my own stash? not so much...I like it with the extra leaf matter, gives a richer flavor imo and I'm just fucking lazy about it so I just trim it close and jar it :D.

I am pedantic about my manicuring, I get pretty much all the leaf off depending on the strain. I also manicure wet, dry in a neutral temperature place and then cure it for 2 - 4 weeks.
Well I used to. *sighs and reminisces*

lol silly....you just jar the shit, seal it in scented candle wax, plenty of packing and fed ex it.

Yea, anything that's not mine mine I'm rather meticulous with the manicuring....oh and it's so worth the 4 weeks, so many people can't keep their greedy lil dick beaters out of the jar for a month "Why don't it smell/taste like blueberries?" well.....give it a fuckin' min and you will see. :D

I know!!! I've given up on trying to convince people to cure their pot. I have offered to take over the manicuring - curing process for friends but no one takes me up on the offer. I enjoy that process more than the growing process, as much as I love to watch it grow. The first calyx coming in, the buds slowly forming, training and shaping the plant, removing the shaders as necessary, watching the hairs go from white to red or brown.... mmmmm
Now I have a hankering for good ol' Aussie outdoor Redbeard.

Most of the plants I saw growing up were outdoors. Hydro really didn't take off here until the late 90's and most of it was grown so badly the chemicals would induce headaches. For a long time, this time of year would be the dry season, between finishing the fruits of one harvest and waiting for the next.
Now I suddenly miss real skunk.

Skunk is also good too, that sticky icky shit :D

jamicans got the best skunk in my books.

When I say skunk, I mean the plant that grows like a small rose bush and the buds are shaped like balls rather than columns. It literally smells like shit too.

^^ Original skunk indicas mmmhhmm I would love to get my hands on a male.

Yea I don't do hydro either...used too but it's too much of a PITA for just a little more yield and a loss of good flavor. I pot mine in live organic soil mixes, no flushing, no dosing, no chemicals.

Just sew the seeds, water, keep them clean/pruned/trained and chop them down...if they start looking hungry I'll make an appropriate tea and feed.

Mother nature knows best imo...better to stay out of her way than try and do her job :)

You are the first person I have encountered in 16 years that knows what real skunk is! *high fives*

Not to mention it's a fucking weed and will grow literally anywhere even with no attention. :D

Right! Organic water only soil grows are the best of both worlds imo....indoor quality control with outdoor ingredients. If you ever decide to garden indoors it's worth looking into I promise ;)

lol yea...I turn 29 in a couple weeks, priming...I'll just keep telling myself that it's better than being ripped and 22 y/o again.

*sighs* I had such awesome abs in my early 20's... and everything was where it's supposed to be. Damn aging and damn gravity. :p
