In America, individuals are free to sell their labor to whoever they want, and for whatever price they feel fair. In this case, the workers (acting in their own best interests as individuals do) decided not to sell their labor to Hostess. Therefore, we have to assume that the Hostess workers, at least, feel they are better off now than they were two months ago. That's the free-market.

It doesn't matter to me a rats ass at all who marries who, how many or what. I'm non-religious and religious ceremony doesn't impact my life. I'm absolutely positive the government has no business telling people who they can marry. You see, I'm for individual liberty and loathe big government dictating how individuals life their lives. I haven't found a single reference to marriage in the Constitution, so you big-government types need to find a war to start or something and leave people alone.

But after the spanking of early November, the prominent Republicans were all on tv and (between the wailing and gnashing of teeth) were saying that the Republican brand needs to reach out to women and minorities in order to stay relevant. By not reaching out to at least one woman and/or minority when selecting leadership positions, it kinda makes one question the veracity of the previous statements.
