You promote him to a position where he can do the least amount of damage and then ignore him and go on about your business. It's a helluva lot cheaper in the long run if you employ even decent legal help, for the government will be on his side; story of his life.

When I sign a contract, as I did with computer consulting, I am not an employee, I am a contractor or subcontractor...

I didn't actually fire anyone. I just documented a supervisee's actions for HR to fire.

I know you were you not talking to me. In two jobs where I could hire and fire I was told not to hire blacks. My dad was threaten by the KKK with a cross burning in our front yard if he hired niggers. I learned from him and hired blacks anyway.

Despite the fact that my bosses said don't hire blacks and I did antway I was accused of racism when I fired black people. I don't mean to imply that all blacks do this because I know they don't. But I have burnt enough to question most racial discrimination with a grain of salt..

He had all three branches of government for two years and all he ever cared about was socialized medicine and other stupid platitudes the VAST majority of Americans were not interested in. He could have gotten anything done he wanted to, he didn't need a single Republican vote to do it either. The incompetent fool presented a budget so clueless he couldn't get a single Democrat vote let alone a Republican vote. He never tried to do anything "good." He's a failure, pure and simple, but starry eyed idealists lost in fantasy land can't see it.

The simple fact of the matter is, (and they teach this concept at every level of management, so you've obviously never been one), you have to have an ironclad paper trail documenting a poorly performing employee....it's really very simple.
