These are some absolutely amazing pics of beautiful women, but I have a hard time calling all of them BBW's. Or are we using BBW in a different way? I just don't think a size 12 or 14 is really a BBW...

Welcome to Lit. that is why there is also a "curvy appreciation" thread.

I like that - I just have bigger curves ;) I just hope some of the posters don't really think that because a woman has a big chest, her otherwise sized 14 body is now considered in the BBW category. but I would definitely call them wonderfully curvy...

Well what do you consider a BBW? I am not trying to be a smart ass but each person has their own notion of what BBW is. I don't have the answer other than I know what a BBW is when I see one.;)

LOL - just like porn, eh. well, I agree there are as many variations of BBW as there are big women - but I think there is a min. size. I mean the point is that we are bigger. Than what? I would say bigger than what society calls "average". Culture has somewhat defined "average" as between size as 0-14 generally (with maybe 12 being the upper limit for some). But some of the women I saw posted were very much in the size 12 range so I wondered why they would be posted here...and the only distinguishing characteristic was their larger breasts. I would agree with someone who preferred to call such women "curvy" - a more accurate description, I think.

I agree. Of course today's standards make women that are size 8-10 feel big which is so wrong. I want my women to have some curves.
