We aren't talking about "white power" (again, whatever that means in the 21st century), we are talking about anything short of denial of one's ethnicity or racial identity on the part of whites, so the opposite is NOT "black power."

Its anything short of ethnic blindness on the part of other groups. When you say a white can have no tattoo that implies white identity pride in any way you aren't distinguishing between "white power" (again, whatever that means) and benign identity expression, which is common among other groups today.
