Heavy storms tonight with lots of rumbles & rain.
The temp's down to 75 so I will have some better sleeping weather tonight.

I passed on my pt exercises today.
I rolled a tendon working out with my PT on Monday.
So <sigh> I am back on double meds to handle the pain.
This bouncing back from shoulder surgery is a real bitch.
