TBH, I think he's for real.

I think most of his argument is formed after reading carefully on the pages he needs, especially when he is arguing case law and constitutional law.

I'm not saying he's not bright and well spoken, but if he'd post without the aids he might be impressive rather than reading like he's terrified of being wrong on fact.

Hogan is really good at looking at cases in the context of time and author. He understands how con law both is and is not fluid. And he does a great job of trying to figure out how all the moving pieces in a given analysis mesh together.

But being correct is not as important as being original. You cannot win the internet, but you can show that you understand the basics and can make an argument. Old Law is a starting point, but it is not always the endpoint.
