Like camalot? Tis a rather silly place
Very much so. There was even an Excalibur in Adventure and a Grue in Zork.

Shadow of Colossus was like that for me. It was supposed to be beautiful and expansive...and I was...really bored.
You should try Nomad Soul, if you haven't. It's quirky and weird, and while it is drab in places, it isn't relentlessly grim.
Okey dokey. Amazon is sending me a copy, random person on the internet!
I live dangerously, yeah, that's me.
Never done xbox games Reci. I am into Star Trek, Star Wars, and futuristic Navy type war machines. What do you recommend for me to start with?
Go for Force Unleashed as far as Star Wars games go...the others I'm not so sure. I haven't seen a (good) Star Trek game in a long while if ever...and the other genres I don't play. Maybe someone else has an idea on those.
Best 4th wall break ever has to come from Conker's Bad Fur Day and there are a couple of them.
Tedi A: What if we were to take this game and give it to four intelligent people.
Tedi B: Just fou- Oh shit the squirrel's here already get into charachter!
Tediz: Muuuuuuuurderrrrr!
Or the glitch at the end. That game was priceless.
I hope you at least read the reviews first. ;-)
Star Trek Armada, Star Trek Elite Force, Star Trek Online.

The wing commander games put you as Space figher pilot. Might fit the bill. I second force unleashed. I'll also ad knights of the old republic. You can get both for 20 bucks.
Yeah, but are those good? I know force unleashed is, but the other ones are pretty awful. I know my husband tried Star Trek Online and hated it. Plus, they have money. What's the point of being in the Star Trek Universe if you can't even keep track of the universe basics?
Well, yeah, I was thrown by that, too. But it's really just a means to an end: I mean, what fun would it be if they just give you everything? And energy credits are at least semi-canon, with the idea that to replicate something a certain amount of raw material has to be exchanged. Armada and Elite Force are about us good as Star Trek games get, even if the story is lacking.
I'd even say take a chance on Star Trek Legacy; once you get 'round the controls, it's quite good.
Well, obviously you need status and authorization for fabricator time. *grumble*
Okay, I'm a huge Star Trek nerd and I hated the games and I hated the reboot movie.
Purist. Right here.
Me, too. But I also happen to love the new film.
I can't accept Wynona Ryder as Amanda Grayson.
It. Never. Happened.
It did happen, just in an alternate timeline. ;-)
*lip tremble* did not. *starts to cry*

Aww, don't cry, it wasn't so bad. I mean, the new Enterprise is pretty.![]()
Yummy, tears of unfathomable sadness! C'mon someone make her produce more. Tell her they're gonna make a Marvel vs Capcom movie and Millia Jovavich's Alice vs Hugh Jackman's Wolverine is the climax!
