Dear people who PM me about working out

First off, it's quite nice to check out my profile and notice my activities: that is much more meaningful than to copy and paste the same PM to people, however, when you PM me telling me that you work out every day for 3 hours, you make me shake my head:

1. You're lying
2. You don't impress me
3. Anybody who is actually experienced with working out knows you must have recovery days for your muscles or else you aren't doing yourself any benefit. You gain muscle and fitness by having your muscles repair yourself over time: IT'S NOT DIRECTLY FROM THE WORKOUT, DUMBASS.

The Military elite would disagree with you.... shit even your average ground pounder puts 90-180 min a day worth of PT in 5 days a week.

The ones who work out every day must be exercising different muscles each day. Like I said, muscles need time to repair.

I mean I work out without properly. I don't exercise the same muscles every single day. I mainly jog, so I usually go every other day. That way it gives the leg muscles time to repair. If you work out the same muscles every day, you're likely going to injure yourself. As I read somewhere, if you're working out a muscle one day, and if you do it again another day and you can't to it for noticeably as long, you're not working out properly.
 
My wife works out every day and gets paid to do it. Of course I will never meet a fitter woman. ( oh yeah. every day but sunday)

Olympic weightlifters commonly max out the competitive lifts, and front and back squats daily. The military trains daily. Ever hear of football players doing two-a-days? Google work capacity.

Sex is a good workout. It's probably the funnest work out, though I heard mixed martial arts fighers work out the most muscles from what they do.

I like to stick with the usual positions and not turn it into a circus.
