Hmmm. Where does one begin...?


1. Newt cares way too much about money to ever take a job like that.
2. Newt turns 70 next year.
3. Newt isn't a lawyer--not that the Constitution requires this for Supreme Court justices, but practically speaking, it's a disqualifier.


Other than those quibbles, though, you may be on to something.

hell no....Mark Levin. He should get two or three... move Roberts out of Chief Justice. I would guess Buzzy Ginsberg can be pushed to the street.

I wouldn't guess Romney too nominate a Constitutional minded judge. If he does the gang of morons like McCain will block them. Super majority in the upper and lower house is objective one. Why Howz is 1A. You can impeach Obama and biden out.....hehe
