The Construction Thread

The Construction Thread.

What I will say might put a jinx in this thread, but I would like to know if they are any women here working in construction, or any other nontraditional fields - such as being electricians, being technicians, vehicular maintenance, carpentry, mining, cabinet making, contracting, home appliance repair, etc. I don't mean to put a hex in this thread, but I happen to be curious, that's all. I doubt that there are any women here at Literotica who work in any nontraditional fields, but hey, it doesn't hurt to ask, right?

Couldn't find the link I wanted, but:

A woman named Clarissa Love http://sections.aws.org/indiana/procontest09/images/100_2231.jpg

won the 2009 AWS professional welding contest.

My instructor through school asserted that women are easily on par with men, and probably better with TIG (something to do with attention to detail...)

TIG is bad, the high temperature of the arc produces more ozone and other nasty chemicals are released into the air from the material (chromium 5 for instance.)

AAAAHHHH, here's what I'm talking about! :D

He doesn't think there are women on THIS board in nontraditional jobs? Wow.
